La Borgada is an absolute gem. The townhouse is beautifully appointed and ideally situated to explore the magical village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup and beyond. As a family of five we had plenty of room, the view from the balcony was just stunning and we feel very lucky to have spent a week here.

A beautiful well-appointed apartment in a wonderful peaceful location. The renovations in this 16th century building are of highest quality, with attention to detail through-out the apartment. We enjoyed a week of cycling the area, buying at the market and cooking in the well-furnished kitchen, and visiting the boulangerie next door. Thank you for a memorable week.

A superb property in a superb location adjacent to the town square and numerous local restaurants. Amazing views to the coast from the balcony, and great hikes up into the mountains. Beautifully decorated, finished and furnished to a very high standard and thoughtfully equipped with everything you are likely to need.

We were very pleased with our stay at La Borgada. No surprises as the place was just as described and shown in the photos. Quite comfortable and well-equipped, and most memorable for the terrific views. Teresa is a friendly and responsive host. The annual festival of violets occurred during our stay, bringing thousands of visitors to town and some parking and traffic restrictions, so we could mix enjoying the festivities but also have more quiet time at La Borgada. Highly recommended!

We spent a lovely week in La Borgada. The view from the balcony is the star, but the apartment is beautiful and spacious enough for 6 people not to feel cramped. It's equipped to a very high standard, with many nice extra touches. Tourettes-sur-Loup is stunning but still feels like a French village, even though there are plenty of restaurants and shops for visitors. The apartment is right in the heart of the village, which is great but does mean if you hire a car you'll need to park a short walk away in one of the free car parks. Teresa kindly arranged a taxi from the airport for some of our group but we also hired a car in Nice. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week and would love to return.

Tourette-sur-loup is an incredibly beautiful and charming village, but is also close to so many other great destinations along water but also towns Grasse. We loved our holiday here and definitely recommend staying at the Borgada.

La Borgada was the nicest airbnb we've ever stayed in. Teresa has thought of everything down to umbrellas, boules and bathrobes in the master suite. We were 2 couples, one with mobility issues, so having a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor was ideal. The apartment was very spacious and immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully equipped if one wished to cook. We did not! Coffee and croissants on the balcony was a delightful start to each day and we greatly appreciated Teresa's generous welcome basket. The showers were lovely and there was always plenty of hot water. A large array of bathroom products was provided, in full-size bottles. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a real luxury. Teresa was very quick to respond to any text messages and gave us some very helpful restaurant recommendations. We ate at La Cave more than at any other restaurant, but the 5-course tasting menu at Cinq was delicious. The week was over too fast. We'd love to return!

We enjoyed an incredible stay at La Borgada. Our expectations were exceeded with its beautiful fit out, brilliant amenities and the gorgeous panaramic view from the balcony. It is very well situated in what is a beautiful medieval town - surprisingly clean with many lovely bakeries and restaurants in addition to several grocer options to enable you to utilise the kitchen. The town was relatively busy during our stay with the local fair over the weekend and markets on the Wednesday, however it never felt overcrowded. I was unsure whether accomodation on the coastline would’ve made us more conveniently placed for a week in the region, however we found it an easy commute by car/bus to Antibes, Nice etc and loved escaping back to the town. This was by far my best Airbnb stay to date and a very memorable experience. Thank you for your eye for detail Teresa - we loved every minute of our stay!

We had a fantastic stat in La Borgada. Right from the moment we entered the property our expectations were exceeded. The accommodation is in a stunning position and is immaculately presented inside. Teresa had thought of everything to make our stay as easy and pleasant as possible. Tourettes sur Loup is stunning and full of great restaurants. It is also located well to explore the area.

This is a beautiful place, exceeding the high expectations we had for it from the photos and from previous reviews. Terésa and her family have done an incredible job modernizing the space, and have taken great care and pride in maintaining and decorating the interior. We loved our week at La Borgada, and were very appreciative of Terésa's recommendations. I couldn't recommend this property enough - this is Airbnb at its best.

I would look no further and would fully recommend anyone to book Teresa and Clive’s incredible home. Every detail of the home was clearly well thought out. The space was incredibly clean, had everything we could have needed (and more!) for some home cooked meals, and the view/location is superb. Teresa also offered incredible recommendations for Tourettes and surrounding areas. Teresa and Clive are incredibly kind and responsive. We would love to stay here again and are forever grateful for our time at La Borgada.

Tourrettes-sur-Loup is a stunning location and La Bourgada makes the very best of this special setting. The panoramic view from the balcony takes your breath away. On the street side of the house there’s an excellent Boulangerie where one can sit outside with a coffee and watch village life. In the evening the restaurants come to life and one is spoiled for choice. The interior of La Bourgada is finished to a very high standard. It is pristine in every respect. We were three and a half hours delayed arriving at Tourrettes-sur-Loup due to flight and car hire issues but Teresa changed her own plans so as to be able to meet us on arrival and find us a restaurant still serving on the square. All-in-all a five star experience. Ciarán and Mary.

We had a wonderful stay at La Borgada. The house is beautifully finished, with everything we needed. The view is breathtaking and we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony just enjoying the tranquil and beautiful outlook. Terésa and her family were very attentive hosts and addressed all our needs with young children. The town itself is very charming. Overall, we can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Teresa was a very pleasant host. She personally welcomed us despite 4 hours delay due to traffic jams and showed us everything. The apartment is perfectly located in the middle of Tourrettes sur Loup with a wonderful view to the sea. The village is very pretty and you can switch off very well. Tourettes sur Loup is always worth a trip.

What an amazing stay we had. The apartment is beautiful, clean, has a fabulous view and modern updates all through out the home . The village is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful market day on Wednesday .

Perfect, small village location that is quiet, clean with fine dining and great shopping. Next door to a wonderful boulangerie. Breathtaking views from all rooms. The host thought of everything. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic find in the heart of a lively village that will win your heart. All the mod cons and then some, fantastic views, couldn't be more peaceful for sleeping. You will be ever so happy here so long as you are comfortable with steep stairs. We loved the village atmosphere, but do know that your main room is adjacent to a busy cafe (which does not affect sleeping in the least). Teresa is the perfect host, and the village is a gem. Coming at the end of a long trip, the chance to do laundry, the convenience of shopping and restaurants, and even English television and an English bookstore made us feel totally pampered. The space is beautifully designed and maintained.

La Borgada is an absolute delight. The accommodation is both comfortable and stylish, impeccably clean and perfect also from a practical point of view (plenty of sockets, useful mirrors, lighting up stairs, good reading lights, lovely linens, fully stocked, quality kitchen - you know, all the things you miss when they’re not there). We arrived late at night after a transatlantic and a missed connection but Terésa did so much to smooth our way. Waking the next morning and opening the shutters was wholly unforgettable - you will only really know if you see it for yourself and get to live here for a while. The village has life and charm in abundance. There is nothing to fault here and I know we’ll miss all of it. Simply delightful in every way - what a find. Thanks again Terésa for your beautiful gem

Teresa's place is exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful, very modern with every convenience. The highlight is the balcony with the breathtaking view over the valley and out onto the Mediterranean. It is large enough that we had a couple of dinners there, watching night fall in the valley. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. There are excellent restaurants just outside the front door. The medieval village is gorgeous - much more livable and authentic than more popular places in the region like St Paul de Vence. There were just two of us but there would be room for many more. Teresa is delightful and could not have been more accommodating. She went way out of her way to greet us in the public parking lot behind the building and help us with our luggage.

We loved Teresa's place. The place is set up with a lot of love for details. Everything has been thought of to make you feel comfortable. I really appreciated that everything was sparkling clean. The view from the balcony is unique, sitting there had something meditative in it. We really enjoyed it. We'd love to come back any time and highly recommend the place to anyone.
